While I was away helping Heidi The Way Under Dog, rescue Jeepers and Taco, Mom and Dad drove to Vallejo and boarded the ferry to the city(San Francisco). They had tickets to 'Evita' playing at the Golden Gate Theater. They said they only saw the first act. That was enough. The 'Phantom' had ruined other dramatic musicals for them.
But I was not interested in that. I when I got home I could smell RABBIT!!! on my typist's breath. Rabbit. Can you believe it! After all I went through with the E B. Okay, 'Where did you get the rabbit?', I asked. They said they had a great lunch at a Spanish restaurant called B44 on Beldon Place. Rabbit, sea bass and a good Spanish wine.
Tule and her humans came up for the long weekend. Unfortunately my guy is sick. He was planning to go fishing with Tule's dad but had to stay home. Here is Tule waiting for her dad to return home from the morning fishing trip.
When is he coming home?
She got to go chase fish later in the day. She didn't catch any, nor did her human. Apparently they opened the flood gates up at Folsom and the water was too cold.
Tule received her Bunny Day present. Just like mine but purple.
Happy Easter Tule!
Thought I might just keep it company in case it got lonely.
My new friend.
Tule was very excited. She found the Easter Bunny in the front yard. I grabbed the camera and ran outside. Where's the bunny? Over here!
It has big ears like a rabbit!
No, Tule. Those are eye stalks and that's not a rabbit. Doesn't it carry the eggs in that bag on its back? Sorry, no.
Tule and I hope you all get really great treats and toys for Easter.

Happy Easter Freda! I hope you got some nice treats. I'm back home now, and I'm sitting on the bed watching my favorite movie (Winged Migration -- I have my own DVD) while my typist handles my email.
Unbelievable! They ate rabbit without you, lucky we dogs don't hold grudges :)
Hope your human gets unsick fast too. BTW does the Easter Snail bring anything at all besides slime? It's an idea that could catch on if he would start to bring stuff like candy shells and sugar slime balls or something like that. The kids would eat that stuff up I bet.
For my Easter present I got lots of bones and treats, but no squeaky toys. If you get to taste any rabbit let me know how it is.

Hi Freda,
Those snails can be pretty fun - pick them up and carry them around in your mouth and make your human pick them out. Ha ha ha ha ha - I love to do that!
