SACRAMENTO COULD BE IN REAL TROUBLE

Mom and Dad told me that if I ever run away, don't go to Sacramento, since I don't like the big water. I guess the city is waitin' for a reeeelly big flood. KVIE-PBS 'CITY AT RISK'
