WHAT HAPPENED TO 'OUR' GOVERNMENT?

Yesterday, in reference to the 'Portgate' situation, some human named W, made a statement that included the phrase 'My government...'. 'MY government'? HIS government? My humans thought it was OUR government. I want to know who died and made that guy king?
