Tule and her humans are comin' tonight! Yippie!! So I've got to get things ready for her. First things first...

Last night it got really cold. One source says one two, one two (32) and another one two, one two (37). There was hard water in the bird baths. Poor birdies! Anyway there was lots of hard water on the grass...
That stuff is cold!

Thanks for the comments. I've found that tryin' to get my home ready for Tule's visit just about did me in. The suggestion of openin' a D & B (Interestin' idea Pimm) sounds great but not for me. Dog, if more than one dog showed up I'd be runnin' all over the place with no time to visit, tummy rubs, walks...Whew! I think it is better if I go to a D & B.
