HOW HIGH IS MY LEVEE?

Historic Delta Loop

It keeps rainin' upriver and here. One two, one two (3-5) more inches are expected tonight and tomorrow. And the highest high tide of the month and the southern winds are plottin' against us. I better go to bed with my water wings. Hope I don't wake up in San Francisco!
