CELEBRATE ANIMAL SHELTER APPRECIATION WEEK!!

Go to National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week 2005 and see how you can celebrate. It starts next week. I know I certainly appreciate animal shelters. The Dumb Friends League/Humane Society of Denver, Colorado, USA helped me find my present humans. They did a good job, I might add. I bet a lot of you spent some time in a shelter. Unfortunately too many of us have.

But the shelters do a great job and right now many, many shelters are helping Katrina pets find their humans. So if your humans haven't already, have them check with the local shelter and donate time or milk bones (Dad says money probably would be better) to help them out. Maybe you could bring home a new brother or sister. Woof! Woof!
