HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS DOG FLU

Please read this article from the SF Chronicle. If any dog is diagnosed with kennel cough double check with your vet. It may be the flu.

Highly contagious dog flu spreads at kennels, racetracks / Unrelated to human or bird strains, virus may have mutated from horse pathogen: "A new, highly contagious and sometimes deadly canine flu is spreading in kennels and dog tracks around the country, veterinarians said."
