Well, I got to see the big show of the weekend, the National Dog Show. Of course my hero, Knotty, won again. I wonder if he is going to the reeeely big dog shew (Ed Sullivan), Crufts - The Kennel Club UK. All the world's best will be there. My typist is a little upset. Entries are closed. Guess I won't be going this year. Maybe 2006. This afternoon we were back out in the garage painting (watercolours) and listening to the Beatles' Anthology 1-3. I like the Beatles, but you can see the effect they have on me.
“Watching” my human paint, listening to the Beatles and
guarding the Beetle. Guess that is called multi-tasking.
It can wear one out.
My “Van Gogh” human heard that Sir Paul was going to play at some halftime programme, so he made sure to see that. Then my humans were invited out for pizza. Again, no doggie bag. When am I going to be invited somewhere where there is yummy food? A lot of heres and s in this paragraph.
Can you believe coloUrs and programME! I guess when the British invaded forty years ago my human actually surrendered. Well, he did live in Australia for a while. That may have helped him learn to spell certain words incorrectly.
Hope to read my friends' blogs tomorrow. So much to do when one is retired!

Hey Freda, thanks for the comment. We'll be watching -- our obedience instructor was competing! Watch for "Ted" the Golden Retriever. That's them!
We're not ready to compete yet but watch for us in a year or two. Maybe we'll see you at the big dog show in Pleasanton!
PS What's a jackrabbit station?
PPS We know Knotty! His handler is a member of Hangtown Kennel Club!
I love da Beatles too! Here's a recap of hey Jude just for you!
