My human has only one twos, one twos (twos) legs, doesn't think like us and he has been called weirds. I like that in a familys man. He is stubborns like me. He likes his beer dark. He could be called an Eclectic Peeps. Most of all, he loves me and I like that. DeltaBunny will journal our lives togethers in the small Delta town of Rio Vista, California.

SONOMA WINERIES

D.A.P.ped again! Sonoma is much more pleasant than Napa, I heard them say when they returned from the Sonoma Wine and Arts Festival. There were many artists showing their works, lots of wine to taste and food to sample. The art was very good. They had a very good meal at Maya On the Square restaurant, but no doggie bag was brought home. Hmmgh.
On a previous Sonoma wine trip several wineries were visited. I overheard that The Valley of the Moon Winery had a good Sangiovese and a very good fifty dollar port. Their tasting room was nice. The Benziger Winery had a good Muscat, if you like very sweet wine. Their tasting room was nice also. That is the place to go if you want to walk out among the vines and picnic on a hill that overlooks the main buildings and part of the vineyards. They have a good tour of the vineyards. You get to ride in a large wagon pulled by a tractor. The Buena Vista Winery has a great picnic area. One thing to remember, eat before you taste wines at so many wineries.
Sixteen plus tastings can get to you real fast. Some of the wineries charge $5 for four tastings. You may get a souvenir glass! Others charge up to $30. We don't think so.
Next week they are going to see the kids and attend the Alameda Arts Fair. Hope they say Arrf to Tule for me.
