Besides all of the aforebarked activities, in which my humans participated (WITHOUT ME!!!), I hepped my typist in sprucin' up the yard between visitors.
Our first butterflyer bush flower.
Hey, Dad. Here's a flower. Where should we put it?
Heppin' Dad in the front yard.
Heppin' Dad in the back yard.
And I hepped Mom around the house...
Heppin' Mom in the guest bath.
Better taste test this stuff. Guests can be soooo picky!
Makin' sure the rug doesn't blow away. Uhh... Heppin' Mom.
Where are those delta dust bunnies! Oops..Heppin' Mom, again.
I also hepped Dad hunt for scar gos to put on the barbie.
Here... Slimey. Want a sauna?
Don't eat this one, Dad! Can I have it for a pet? I'll keep it on my bed.
I'll feed it. Give it water and walk it every day. I'll even pick up its poop.
Just like a human.
Hmmm...What's in here? Whoa!... Hey, Dad!
It's a Scar Go Fest!
Dog! You're gonna have to have a lot of these guys for a meal.
Do you have any garlic? Won't they get a hotfoot on the barbie?
Is my nose a little longer? Actually we chased down a bunch of scar gos, put them in a bag and took them to Watson Hollow. Dad really didn't eat them. He does like scar gos but only those that live in cookin' places.
I try heppin' Mom and Dad when I can but...
Dog! Heppin' Mom and Dad can really wear one out.
No, I didn't get to keep a scar go for a pet. Mom said I might squish it when I rolled over. And no, I couldn't keep one in a jar. Mom is soooo picky!

WoW - Freda, you are very helpful ! Charlie and I try to help mum and dad too - but they say we are more a hinderance than a help - whatever that means !!! Regardless, after all that helping I would be having a nap too - well, I would have a nap whether I helped or not :-)
Love
Opy
Hey Opy,
I wonder if... when our humans take a nap they were helpful at some time during the day. Or are they just lazy? Arf! Arf!
Woof!
Freda
Definately lazy I think. Take my mum for example - on the weekends, she seems to do nothing but sit on her butt in front of the computer or watch television - then she has a huge nap because she is "exhausted" and "so tired". Hmphhhhhh...I say !
Please feel free to add me and Charlie to your paw pals - we would be honoured :-)

We see you have met "Opy" So COOL they are, Heppin' Dad in the front yard. You look like you are very busy ,All your running around had made me tired ,I need a nap after that,!!Whoa!... they will give you gas
Hey Sam,
You're right, Opy and Charlie look reeeealy cool! It will be nice barkin' to some canines in a country where my humans use to live. I still can't figure out how all those humans and dogs down there haven't fallen off the dirt.
I haven't eaten any scar gos. They don't smell very good, but they look cool. Mom and Dad don't like them cuz they ate most of the teeny tiny lemons on one two one two (one) of our trees. So we moved some to the creek. Hope they don't come back.
Woof!
Freda
When we lived in the Bay Area, we were told that the scar gos there are descendents of escapees imported from France during the Gold Rush. But I still wouldn't eat them!
Hey - maybe if we dig real hard, we can go visit Opy and the other Charlie?
- C
Hey Charlie,
That would be a coool tunnel. We'd have to leave a lot of pee mail so others could follow. That would be great to see Opy and Charlie Down Under. And you!
Wonder if they'd like some scar gos?
Wait! If they're Down Underers are we Up Overers? And if we go down there will we be up side down and will they be down side up if they come up here? (Sounds like a Yardbirds' song.) And if we take a boat and stay on the surface....
Woof!
Freda
MY MY MY so busy for a family pooch!
We love to work hard with ya in the photos, too.
The Whippy Curly Tails!!!
Hey Whippy Curly Tails,
I work hard when helpin' Mom and Dad but I get worn out easier now that I am gettin' older. So I lie around a lot and watch them work. Arf!
Woof!
Freda
